28th birthday!

Time flew by so fast and I have never felt younger than this, for real.
I used to think 28 is already an old age, but it's not, really. Hehehe.
I have to say that I was very lucky to spend my 28th birthday in Tokyo with my husband.
Japan is very special to both of us, mostly because we both like the culture and the arts so much!
Maybe because I just got a new job (also with Japanese company), or maybe it's the humility that kicked in, I felt really free. Like it's just me, my belief, and the people who matter to me. And it feels more than enough.

Last year was a rough one, I almost became a parent. I believe going through that kind of loss can change people fundamentally.
But at the same time, in a grander scheme of things, I believe this fate is the best alternative that could happen to me. The vast excitements of (almost) being a parent, the lessons I learned behind it, and the thought that God protected me from something I had no idea about. I believe.

In fact, I have to say I like this new version of me the best.

Okay, back to Japan trip.
We spent the day in Tokyo. Spending the morning in Asakusa, continued the journey to Omotesando & Harajuku, and taking a couple photoshoot in Shimokitazawa & Nakano.

I wiiiisshh we could have more days in Tokyo, but it was a tradeoff since most of my Japan itinerary is in Kyoto (as I've always dreamed of, and turned out to be the best decision too).
Apart from the difficulties to navigate the train system (and station), I really like Tokyo!
18-year-old Suha would be soo thrilled to know this fact, I think she's very happy when she found out.

I will definitely post so many posts about this Japan trip!
Buut if I think about it, I never even finished the chapters of my previous travelling posts, I kept saying 'that's for the next post' and somehow the next post never managed to be out.
I promise I'll be better guys.

What made me happy the most is the fact that I'm still blogging in this age.
I just loove the fact that I keep doing it despite the inconsistent frequency, but I always show up!
I used to make this blog to rant about my one-sided crush in middle school, with hope that he'll read it.
Flash news: He did read it, but it's not like he cared though hehehe.
But the best thing that came out of that experience is this blog itself.
Well, I think I keep rambling about random stuffs now.

See you next year!
